Warranty Assessment
Â
All warranty claims are subject to assessment by SUPATRONIX ELITE.
A device may need to be brought to our store so that the issue can be inspected and tested. We will determine whether the reported problem is software-related and falls within the applicable warranty coverage.
If the issue is determined to be a hardware fault or physical damage, it will not be covered under the software warranty. Where possible, customers may be offered a separate repair service at the applicable cost.
Software Modifications
The software warranty may not apply where problems are caused by unauthorised software modifications, including:
- Rooting
- Jailbreaking
- Unauthorised firmware
- Modified operating systems
- Unofficial software
- Malware or viruses
- Customer-installed software that causes system problems
